Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Please be informed that the Express Shipping method is applicable to almost all the products in our store except a few. We sincerely apologies for that. Here is the exclusion list:

3. International Shipping

  • International shipping rates vary based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Certain restricted items may have additional shipping limitations.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@vayome.store.
  • If an order is lost due to a carrier issue, we will assist in filing a claim and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided while purchasing product(s) or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • If you wish to return the product upon receiving it in good condition (e.g., if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from your refund.
