Return and Refund Policy

At VAYOME, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused significantly
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vayome.store. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

We’re happy to accept returns for items in their original condition. Please note: for cases like change-of-mind or wrong item ordered, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection and processing costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at the support email so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

In case of an exchange for a product that is received as partially damaged, we offer a partial refund or exchange. And in case of badly damaged products, we offer a full refund or exchange based on the shopper's preference. We've always got your back.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty and hygiene products)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, earrings, or swimwear for hygiene reasons)

Additionally, returns and refunds are not accepted for gift cards and final clearance items.

Packaging and Returning

Securely pack the item for return as it was when you received it, stay updated by checking your email until the return/exchange process is finished and once you're notified about the date and time of returning the item via email/phone, hand it over to the courier agent on your doorstep when he/she arrives.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without the need for justification. The item must meet the same return conditions as mentioned above, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@vayome.store
