We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

We’re happy to accept returns for items in their original condition. Please note: for change-of-mind returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection and processing costs.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at the support email so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
For customers residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without the need for justification. The item must meet the same return conditions as mentioned above, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@vayome.store
